The first interview can be in the form of a phone call, a conversation on Skype or a face-to-face meeting - regardless of format, its purpose is to get to know each other better, to understand how our vision of work and goals coincide.

The final meeting with the leader completes the selection, where you agree on all the nuances of the work, talk out the tasks and your expectations.

If the decision is positive, we will send you an offer by mail - this is the official document of the invitation to work, where the working conditions, salary, compensation and other details of work in the circuit are prescribed.

We can also invite you to a technical interview to find out the breadth of professional interests, knowledge, and skills. Organize a meeting in the form of assessment - a group interview in the format of a business game. Or call a meeting of the entire future team to make sure that we work together.
